We were born with the idea of honoring the traditional Castilian cuisine from a contemporary point of view.
Offering since 2014 “small works” in which we apply modern techniques of elaboration always respecting the local product.

La Quinta del Monje was born evoking the noble tradition of medieval monasteries, where prodigal land and meticulous care engendered delicacies.
Our culinary proposal rescues this ancestral philosophy, selecting with care the gifts of our closest environment.

We work with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. We believe that the best cuisine begins at the source, so we carefully select each raw material, betting on local suppliers and products with identity.

We transform these ingredients with creativity and technique, but without losing sight of the essence: the honest, direct and nuanced flavor.
